Special Note from the Creator of Burning Desire: People laugh when I talk about my hot sauce or when I say it smells "happy" -- but typically after they smell and then taste Burning Desire, they understand. When we created Burning Desire we intended to make a hot sauce that was different than any other that we had ever tasted. There were so many sauces out there we loved, but it was our goal to create a new flavor in heat, not to replicate what was all ready out there -- after five years of development, I think we achieved our goal!
