This robust sauce with tomatoes, olives and capers originates from the Naples region of Italy. It is classically enjoyed tossed with spaghetti. In Italian, a puttanesca is a lady of easy virtue. Unfortunately, thats where Paulie got himself in hot water. You see one night at Don Carpaccio's place, Paulie let it slip that he thought the Don's Nanna Maria invented puttanesca sauce. Now Paulie's gotta convince the boss thathe was trying to say that she was a great cook, not a lady of the night!
